Payroll Analyst responsible for calculating and processing employee wages and salaries, applying deductions (taxes, insurance, pensions), managing benefits and payroll records, and responding to employee payroll inquiries. Tasks include maintaining payroll databases, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and administering bonuses and compensation programs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, knowledge of payroll regulations, and 2–3 years of related experience.
