Job Summary
Payroll Analyst responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of processing payroll, coordinating with ADP to reconcile taxes to 100% accuracy, and producing timely payroll reports. Responsibilities include verifying payroll data integrity, analyzing payroll performance with improvement suggestions, ensuring timely timecards, processing PTO and bonuses, resolving pay and accrual discrepancies with employees, providing payroll reports to management, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, overseeing paycheck and direct deposit distributions, and supporting management with process improvement initiatives. Requires high confidentiality, attention to detail, and effective communication; proficiency with MS Office; ability to respond to changing priorities; and a willingness to work in a hybrid environment with Flexential.
