Job Summary
Process semi-monthly US payroll for over 600 employees and expats across multiple states, while reviewing UK and Netherlands monthly payroll including pension submissions and tax payments. Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings for Federal, State, and Local agencies, and monitor employee inquiries with a service-oriented approach. Implement process improvements to ensure data integrity and partner with Accounting and Tax teams for reconciliations and audit reporting. Requires three years of payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. This role offers a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 USD with eligibility for discretionary bonuses, and follows a hybrid workplace model.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of payroll experience, including direct payroll processing
- Solid understanding of payroll accounting, state and local payroll taxes and compliance requirements
- Top notch communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with highly confidential information
- Hands-on proficiency with payroll platforms
- Advanced Excel skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
