Job Summary
Payroll Analyst responsible for reviewing payroll inputs (bank details, taxes, deductions, earnings, adjustments), supporting payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely pay, responding to payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and HR teams, assisting with payroll reports and data validation, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, checking timekeeping for errors and compliance, supporting process improvements, documentation updates, and testing, and handling updates and corrections as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Working experience in payroll, HR operations, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders in English
- Experience with payroll systems and vendors, including ADP, is an advantage
- Knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and employee payment practices
