Job Summary
Payroll Analyst role overseeing US and CAD payroll processing for 1,800+ employees, including timecards, benefits deductions, and wage/hour compliance. Responsibilities include auditing and processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, onboarding employees from Workday to ADP WFN, managing LOA considerations, preparing payroll reports, coordinating 401k/RRSP distributions, maintaining 404 controls, providing payroll system training, and collaborating with HR, Tax, and Benefits to ensure timely, accurate payroll and audit readiness. Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills; CPP and experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday/HCM are valued, with SAP experience preferred and CPP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years processing US multi-state and multi-cycle payroll for non-exempt and exempt employees
- 2+ years processing Canada, multi-provincial payroll for non-exempt and exempt employees
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- Workday/HCM experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- CPP preferred
- Experience with stock and equity programs preferred
