Job Summary
Payroll Analyst 3 position focusing on end-to-end payroll processing for bi-weekly/semi-monthly cycles, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, performing payroll reconciliations, supporting SOX audits, coordinating equity compensation payroll, managing benefits, garnishments, and leaves, and driving continuous process improvements. Collaborates with HR, Finance, and Tax; supports year-end activities including W‐2s; leverages ADP and other payroll systems; requires strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6+ years of payroll processing experience in a complex organization
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax and wage/hour regulations
- Experience with equity compensation payroll
- Payroll system experience (ADP)
- Preferred CPP (Certified Payroll Professional)
- Experience in a SOX‐compliant environment
