Job Summary
Payroll and HR Administration Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Paris, supporting Payroll Operations during Cloudpay transition and the offshoring of administrative tasks to Powai (India). Responsibilities include collecting, verifying, and inputting payroll elements, acting as the main point of contact with Cloudpay, ensuring payroll consistency, handling employee payroll inquiries, and contributing to post-transition process stabilization. Additional duties cover HR administration (employee files, onboarding, contracts, certificates), managing relationships with external providers, updating SuccessFactors, and coordinating offshoring documentation and KPIs. Monthly and yearly reporting duties include headcounts, compensation, absenteeism, turnover, and gender equality index/profit-sharing reporting, along with regulatory requests. The role requires autonomy, confidentiality, strong communication, teamwork, and a professional English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in Human Resources, Payroll Management, or equivalent
- Experience in payroll and HR administration in an international environment
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken) essential
- Knowledge of Cloudpay and SuccessFactors would be a plus
- Understanding of accounting principles related to payroll appreciated
