Job Summary
Payroll Administrator responsible for accurate, bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing for employees and students across three campuses and multiple states; audits time data in multiple time systems to ensure proper loading to payroll systems; runs and reconciles employee and student payrolls; handles GL, 403(b), garnishment reconciliations, and related tax/benefit reporting; prepares routine and ad-hoc reports (GL processing, PTO, earnings, taxes, and benefits); manages PTO policies and payouts; stays current on Federal/State labor laws and union agreements; processes wage withholding/state/local registrations; collaborates with Payroll Manager on system procedures for payroll/time and attendance; contributes to development/maintenance of standard operating procedures; ensures accurate issuance of W-2s and regulatory reporting; maintains confidentiality and provides high-quality service across internal customers.
