Job Summary
Payroll Administrator to support bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage payroll-related accounting activities. Responsibilities include audits on payroll processes and W-2s, preparing payroll journal entries, month-end close support, and generating payroll and labor-related reports. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, collaboration with HR/Operations/Finance, and experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred). A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, and 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience is strongly valued. The position is hybrid and based in South King County, WA.
Required Qualifications
