Payroll Administrator

Job Summary
Payroll Administrator on a team responsible for processing timely and accurate payrolls for multiple provinces in Canada, including Dayforce HCM processing, WCB/WSIB filings, and year-end administration. Hybrid-based role with emphasis on delivering exemplary service to teammates, internal/external stakeholders, and government agencies; creates employee files and confidential payroll filing; requires high-volume, multi-provincial payroll experience, accuracy, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a complex, high volume, multi provincial environment
- Dayforce HCM experience is a must
- Knowledge of WCB and health tax related administration
- Knowledge of payroll year end and new year administration
- National Payroll Institute – PCP designation (or working towards)
- Full cycle payroll processing experiences a must
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
