Job Summary
Payroll Administrator needed to process end-to-end payroll for salaried, commissioned, draw, and hourly staff; ensure accuracy, compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations; manage deductions and benefits; audit data; provide employee support; and generate payroll reports. Must maintain confidentiality and work with HRIS/ADP/Paychex/Workday systems. Prefer automotive dealership experience and multi-state payroll knowledge. High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred; 1-3 years payroll experience; strong Excel and systems skills. Located in Alpharetta, GA with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with payroll processing software and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax withholdings
- Ability to perform payroll calculations and reconciliations accurately
