Job Summary
Payroll Administrator responsible for semi-monthly payroll processing across dealerships and body shop locations in Canada and California; audit time punches; verify new hire data; submit ROEs and payroll surveys; assist with month-end payroll reports for Controllers; collaborate with HR and Leadership to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data; requires 2+ years of payroll experience, completion of the first PCP certification course, familiarity with Canadian payroll and California wage laws, and experience with time-tracking systems and payroll auditing. In-office, full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Completed the first course of the PCP certification
