Job Summary

Payroll Administrator with Paylocity expertise responsible for processing weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly payroll, maintaining and auditing employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, managing imports/exports and reporting within Paylocity, reconciling discrepancies, administering timekeeping and PTO data, coordinating payroll processing for hires/terminations/bonuses/commissions and benefit deductions, preparing payroll reports for finance/HR/leadership, supporting year-end activities including W-2 processing, and collaborating with HR and Accounting while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Qualifications

  • Paylocity experience
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Maintenance and auditing of payroll records including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
  • W-2 processing and year-end payroll activities
  • Timekeeping, PTO tracking, and attendance data integration
  • Payroll reporting for finance, HR and leadership
  • Confidentiality and data security in handling payroll information
  • Collaboration with HR and Accounting teams
