Payroll Admin (Temporal / Secondment)

Job Summary
Process accurate and timely U.S. payrolls according to established schedules and procedures. Verify payroll information from multiple systems to ensure completeness and accuracy. Partner with HR teams to process employee hires, changes, and terminations. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reconciliations and filings. Coordinate with payroll vendors to manage activities and amended tax returns. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries through ServiceNow. Audit payroll transactions and ensure Workday updates are accurately reflected. Support internal and external audits and compliance-related activities. Maintain and update payroll procedures and documentation. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of Payroll, HR Operations, or Shared Services experience within a multinational organization
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll processes, payroll taxes, and Social Security regulations
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives is a plus
