Payroll Accounting Specialist

The Brewery Representative – MolsonCoors role focuses on executing and activating MolsonCoors marketing and promotional initiatives within assigned retail and on/off-premise accounts, supporting at least 50% of scheduled promotional events, assisting DeCrescente Key Account Management with additional marketing initiatives, and maintaining strong retail relationships and brand standards across MolsonCoors products. Responsibilities include brand activation at retail, ensuring account standards are met, securing distribution and promotional placements, assisting with event merchandising and reporting, producing post-event recaps, maintaining promotional POS materials, delivering weekly and quarterly performance updates, and collaborating with the DDC Communications Manager on internet postings related to promotions and programming. The position requires collaboration with account stakeholders, consumer engagement, vendor coordination, and the ability to manage schedules, reports, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work shifts are Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility for additional hours, and the role requires a valid driver license, 21+ age, and OSHA/SLA safety compliance.
