Job Summary
This role involves providing advice and guidance on tax-related payroll matters and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating payroll consultants' work, processing payroll calculations, tax reporting, and HR documentation, as well as managing payroll payment orders and resolving payroll tax issues. Candidates must have a university degree, over two years of relevant experience, and be proficient in English. Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude are essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (payroll calculation, payroll tax reporting, HR) in outsourcing companies or equivalent experience in business
- Experience in HR administration services
- English proficiency at Intermediate level and above
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Strong team player
- Positive attitude to work, readiness for overtime work and ability to work under pressure
- Good managerial, organizational and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Motivation to constantly learn and improve knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automation projects (work with Workday will be considered as an advantage)
