Job Summary
Manage payroll processes and serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while building positive client relationships. Process payroll for multiple clients with multiple EINs, resolve payroll issues, and administer benefits, workers compensation, and general HR support. Requires 3+ years of payroll administration experience, proficiency in HRIS platforms like UKG Ready, and strong communication skills. Wage is $26 - $34/hr with a rolling application basis.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing with multi-client focus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience processing payroll for multiple clients with multiple EIN's (8+)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and judgement in resolving payroll issues
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States (implied by E-Verify and SSA/DHS participation)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, finance, or a related field (Preferred)
- Multi-state experience
- Prior experience with PEO/HR Shared Services
- Experience with UKG Ready
