Job Summary
Payments Financial Planning and Analysis Associate responsible for analysis of business performance, monthly business reviews for senior leaders, planning cycle including annual budgeting and forecasting, ad hoc analysis of business drivers, and providing analytical support for business strategy. Collaborates with Segment P&A teams and Payments P&A consolidation, ensures data integrity in financial reporting, and communicates complex finance concepts to all levels of management. Requires 3+ years in Finance/Accounting or management consulting, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, strong quantitative and communication skills, and proficiency with AI tools, Excel, Alteryx, and PowerPoint. Authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting and/or management consulting
- Experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting (P&A role)
- Strong proficiency with AI tools, Excel, Alteryx, and PowerPoint
