Job Summary
VP Payments Technology Business Manager in EMEA to partner with the EMEA leadership, driving business management, financial oversight, and governance across the technology portfolio. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses; support multi-year planning; prepare executive materials on strategy, budget, and delivery status; contribute to business case development; coordinate reports for senior management; assist in portfolio planning, demand planning, and resource management; support location strategy and organization design; provide governance across strategic agendas; collaborate across Technology, Business, and Finance to drive disciplined execution and operational excellence. Preferred background includes payments or transaction banking experience and exposure to payments technology and delivery concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business management, finance, COO, or strategy roles within Technology, Financial Services, or a large matrix organization.
- Strong financial analysis and planning skills, including budget management and forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a time-pressured environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience producing senior-level presentations.
- Solid understanding of technology delivery and program governance frameworks.
