Job Summary
Senior Associate in Payments Transformation leads strategic projects within J.P. Morgan Payments, including defining and executinggrowth strategies, market expansion, and operating-model optimization. Responsibilities include gathering, synthesizing and presenting project data; building financial models and valuations; developing strategic presentations for internal and external audiences; and fostering collaboration while managing multiple projects across J.P. Morgan Payments. The role requires independent work, initiative, and a data-driven, collaborative approach with senior executives across the payments organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience from a premier management consulting firm, a payments firm (e.g., in strategy, product management, sales), or an investment banking division (e.g., M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research)
- Strong interest in payments
- Ability to work and think independently, strong initiative, and team attitude
- Diverse problem solving experience across financial services sectors
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
