Job Summary
Payments Specialist responsible for liaising with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of net and statutory payments, coordinating with clients to obtain funds for payment processing, preparing and reviewing reconciliation reports for clients’ accounting departments, maintaining and setting up bank details for new payees, and assisting with the implementation of new customers. Hybrid work arrangement with 4x return-to-office per month. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 3PM-12MN. The role is based in the Philippines (Manila) with responsibilities spanning coordination with payment providers, payroll partners, and internal teams to deliver accurate, on-time payments and a compliant, modern pay experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with clients, payroll partners, payment solution providers, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; comfort with internet-based software
- Ability to manage workload independently and collaborate with stakeholders across countries
