Job Summary
Drive sales of treasury services, merchant services, and trade solutions to Large-Cap and Mid-Cap clients in the Dutch market. Build a sales pipeline, achieve new business goals, and organize client roundtables to establish J.P. Morgan as the leading Payments franchise. Partner with regional coverage teams to expand existing business, align target prospects, and lead complex Request For Proposals. Engage senior decision-makers with integrated treasury solutions and collaborate on implementing sophisticated selling strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Payments sales or related areas
- Proven ability to build and develop client relationships
- Proven ability to win and close new deals
- Solid knowledge of cash & liquidity management products
- Understanding of relevant compliance and Know Your Client (KYC) processes
- Effective selling and negotiation skills
- Strong team player with experience in navigating a large global organization
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and peers
- Excellent partnership and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or Economics related major preferred)
- Master's degree
- Extensive experience performing successfully in a similar role
- Exposure to various functions including client coverage, sales, or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Dutch
