Job Summary
Payments Sales Manager on the Asset Managers Team within JPMorgan's Financial Institutions Group, responsible for developing new business with asset managers, promoting traditional cash management, FX, international payments, and liquidity solutions; building and managing a strong sales pipeline; collaborating with Product, Banking coverage officers, client service, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal to optimize delivery; gaining deep understanding of client goals, environments, and buying processes to position JPMorgan Payments effectively; engaging with senior client executives to create strategic dialogues, identify cross-sell opportunities, and deliver integrated treasury solutions in a consultative, client-focused framework.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience selling cash management products
- Knowledge of cash management products
- Proficiency in identifying and capitalizing supplemental sales opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to position and close new business
- Ability to assist in the design, sale and delivery of value-added services
- Competence in assessing new opportunities/prospecting
- Understanding of customers' industries, business needs and potential solutions
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong account planning and demonstrated execution
