Job Summary
Senior Associate, Payments - Receivables Online: Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery; consider upstream and downstream implications of features on the overall product experience; support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap; analyze product metrics across the development lifecycle; write requirements, epics, and user stories; coordinate communications and maintain documentation; review monthly billing activity for revenue accuracy; produce data-driven analyses to maximize revenue opportunities; collaborate with Operations, Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Service to align efforts; oversee agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on-time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle; Stay current with emerging Fintech technologies and Receivables industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into product strategy; Experience working with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence); Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and resolve complex issues efficiently
