Job Summary
Senior Payments-Product Solutions Associate in Global Corporate Banking collaborates with Sales and Product teams to define and configure complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development. Responsibilities include supporting strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions, contributing to pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits, delivering compelling oral and written presentations with sales decks and training collateral, establishing cross-functional forums to coordinate solution configuration, and applying experience across a highly matrixed organization to manage projects from concept to completion. Proficiencies include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
- Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience managing projects or initiatives from concept to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce
