Job Summary
Advise Sales on solutioning, adopting new products, and crafting complex strategies while assessing risk to enhance the customer experience. Partner with FIG Sales to identify market opportunities, manage the pipeline, and drive execution from pre-sales through deal closure. Conduct portfolio reviews with stakeholders, coordinate client presentations, and develop compelling value propositions to support go-to-market efforts. Structure complex solutions for business problems and contribute to regional growth objectives across Latin America. This role supports the FX payments growth strategy for the Financial Institution Group, requiring deep expertise in transaction banking and cross-border payments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes
- Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients' needs
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking, foreign exchange (FX) payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels
- Understanding of corporate workflow
- Strong product-oriented sales experience and acumen, with excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them
- Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners across sales, product management, client service, and banking partners
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Comfortable supporting day-to-day business conversations, emails, and meetings in Spanish.
