Job Summary

Manage payments product solutions for Australia and New Zealand, including Real-Time Payments, ACH, Wires, FX, accounts, and liquidity offerings. Provide subject matter expertise on local market operations, processes, and emerging trends while maintaining compliance with regulations and firm control standards. Coordinate with systems and operations to resolve product queries, manage pricing analysis, and monitor performance metrics through P&L reviews. Partner with Risk, Control, Sales, and Technology to address risks, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and support project initiatives. Deliver regular performance insights and local analysis to drive regional strategy and meet client growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of transactional banking experience with a global financial institution
  • Payables and receivables product knowledge
  • Practical experience managing real-time payments, cross-border, high-value and low-value payment products
  • Proven experience in payments product operations via product implementation, operational oversight, and/or product management responsibilities
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong ownership and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven capacity to prioritize, organize, and oversee deliverables autonomously
  • Focus on accountability, action, and outcomes to meet/exceed client needs while aligning deliverables to firm mission/goals
  • Strong Microsoft skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to productively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
