Job Summary
Lead JPMorgan's Payments (Prepaid Cards) Treasury Services – Emerging Rails as Product Director/Executive role. Drive product P&L, growth, and market strategy for prepaid card offerings; mentor a team of product managers; oversee lifecycle from planning to post-release; own UI/UX experiences for Consumers, Corporate, and internal users; manage executive stakeholder relationships and engage with institutional clients; represent the bank in industry forums and collaborate with Risk/Legal/Compliance to ensure robust risk controls; work with technology on multiyear roadmaps, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation in the payments landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with ownership and accountability for Product P&L and Business Growth
- Expertise in Prepaid Cards business
- Fundamental understanding of regulatory requirements (Durbin, Reg E)
- Knowledge of card scheme networks (issuance) and authorizations
- Global mindset for expansion of products to cross-border or international use cases
