Job Summary
Define AI and UI strategy for Services Operations, driving efficiency execution through advanced automation and intelligent decision-making. Engage senior Product and Technology stakeholders to align on vision, while collaborating cross-LOB to scale innovative solutions. Organize governance forums to report progress and secure executive sponsorship, directing process analysis to integrate data sources for operational insights. Establish operational requirements for development teams and oversee metrics to quantify savings. Manage test case validation and performance testing scenarios, then direct launch readiness plans including training, documentation, and post-commercialization support.
