Job Summary
Payments Operations Executive Director: lead a high-impact team to provide executive-level insights and reporting on performance, financials, and capacity; partner with Operations, Finance, and Data & Analytics to enable confident decision-making; drive budgeting/forecasting for headcount and expenses; develop capacity models and cost allocations; strengthen data integrity and controls; deliver strategic, narrative analyses and presentations for senior leadership; require strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Significant experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives in Business Management, Operations, or Consulting
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience transforming large datasets into actionable insights
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and independence, driving outcomes with quality and speed
