Job Summary
Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy ISOs and third-party gateways to the integrated payments product; consult with clients to understand current payment workflows and design tailored migration plans to minimize downtime; analyze merchant statements to maintain costs and margins post-migration; act as the primary liaison between clients and internal product/engineering/customer success teams; manage relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 3+ years in payments-focused role (Fintech, Merchant Services, or SaaS) with direct migration experience
- Domain Knowledge: ISOs, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen), merchant account services
- Technical Literacy: API-based payment integrations and payment processing flows
- Compliance Awareness: PCI-DSS and regulatory requirements
- Communication: ability to translate concepts for customers
- Execution: contractor mentality, ability to work independently in a remote environment
