Job Summary
Manage, expand, and retain a portfolio of high-value client relationships across multiple industries in Canada by serving as the primary point of contact. Develop tailored payment processing solutions by understanding each client's processing environment and the broader payments landscape. Lead pricing and renewal negotiations for all contracts within your portfolio while acting as the quarterback for partner and business teams to resolve operational escalations. Maintain strong SME knowledge of payments procedures to educate clients on available products. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or marketing, plus three years of experience in account management, sales, or contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields
- 3 years of experience within account management, sales or contract negotiations
- Knowledge of Payments Processing industry and procedures
- Ability to enhance revenue and market share through effective use of relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze and research to resolve issues
