Job Summary
Payments Marketing - Data Associate will lead the technical execution of data engineering and analytics projects within Corporate and Investment Banking Marketing Analytics and Insights, aggregating data from multiple sources to measure engagement and effectiveness, designing dashboards, automating reporting with AI/ML capabilities, and delivering data-driven insights to empower marketers. The role emphasizes building intelligent data tools, ensuring data integrity, owning business rules for data integration, and driving revenue optimization through advanced data science methodologies. Strong skills in Python/SQL, ETL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce) are preferred, along with graduate-level technical training in Information Systems, Database Management, Computer Science, or Data Science. The position is based in Mumbai, India, and involves full-time, day-shift work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3 years of relevant work experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and quantitative analytics
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in digital marketing data and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Console, Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and translate metric performance into actionable insights and recommendations
