Job Summary
Product Solutions Manager focused on blockchain-based payment products for Kinexys. Drives solutioning for key client relationships and opportunities in partnership with Sales, acting as the voice of the customer by communicating needs to Product teams. Leads the adoption and configuration of client-facing products, defines optimal solutions addressing client objectives, and supports Sales with pricing, pipeline/account planning, and team upskilling through training materials. Coordinates new clients across North & South America, manages related P&L, and serves as a subject-matter expert on defined product capabilities to align with industry trends and client pain points.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of payments landscape, banking, cross border payments and client requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
