Job Summary
Analytics Solutions Associate on the Payments Instrumentation and Metrics (I&M) Analytics team builds data products that transform business operations by designing high-quality, user-centric dashboards, building data pipelines, and delivering analytics, reporting, automation, and presentations. Responsibilities include end-to-end analysis (gathering requirements, data acquisition, processing, analysis, delivery, and executive-ready presentations), exploring proprietary data for business insights, creating robust data workflows across diverse sources, delivering tactical and strategic product and market insights, designing dashboards for senior management, applying UI/UX best practices, optimizing dashboard performance, iterating through testing and user feedback (including A/B testing), coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting rigorous UAT to validate solutions against requirements and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in Business Intelligence and/or Analytics, preferably in banking/finance; proven ability to deliver timely, high-quality analysis from complex, diverse data sources; able to work independently with regular status updates and meet objectives
