Job Summary
Design commercialization strategies and playbooks for the full suite of treasury services product solutions across global markets, addressing unique regional needs and competitive trends. Collaborate with regional and product leads to identify prioritized opportunities for new cross-product solutions and assemble solution bundles based on client feedback and real-life patterns. Partner with Product, Marketing, Digital, and Partnerships teams to translate business priorities into strategic roadmaps, champion client and PSS feedback into investment planning, and support major new product launches. Lead a cohesive team to develop operating models within a highly matrixed, global organization, ensuring alignment with global value propositions while maximizing local impact and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of strategy, management consulting or related function
- Strong understanding of the payments and treasury services landscape, including market trends and competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies
- Excellent team-building and leadership skills
- Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills
- Strong executive presence, comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible / adaptable to changing environment and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Strong organization skills
- Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a matrixed organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making
