Job Summary
Lead a team dedicated to evolving and optimizing the commercialization framework for Treasury Services, spearheading commercial planning activities for the full suite of solutions through thoughtful planning, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Build and operationalize a repeatable, scalable process that accounts for local and segment nuances while establishing effective partner routines with stakeholders across Payments, Product, Sales, Channels, Marketing, and Business Transformation. Define and operationalize key performance metrics and OKRs to drive initiatives that right-size performance dimensions, collaborate with product teams to streamline product knowledge capture, and manage special projects on behalf of leadership. Drive systemic process re-engineering and digital transformation of go-to-market processes to enhance traceability from initiative discovery through delivery and ramp.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of strategic portfolio or product management, large-scale transformation or change initiatives, or CAO / COO portfolio leadership functions
- Experience in a global financial institution or fintech environment
- Excellent team-building and leadership skills
- Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills
- Strong executive presence, comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and partnership mindset
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible / adaptable to changing environment and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Strong organization skills
- Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a matrixed organization
- Comfortable leading change management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making
