Job Summary
Senior Global Clearing Payments Product Senior Associate collaborates with Product Managers to identify opportunities through user research and market analysis, supports roadmap development, writes epics and user stories, analyzes product metrics, and partners with Sales and Product to configure solutions for commercial and investment banking clients. The role involves pricing and value analysis, creating sales decks and training collateral, leading workshops to assess client requirements, exploring new payment rails (including APIs and Partior), and ensuring compliance with regulations (Dodd-Frank Reg E), while driving product strategy, launches, and commercialization efforts across a highly matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or related domain
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and influence change
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations and reports
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong understanding of commercial clients and their needs
- Deliver tailored solutions and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
