Payments (Fintech) Intern

Payments Intern role focused on supporting payments operations for merchants and customers, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include investigating payment exceptions, assisting with AML/KYC/PCI-DSS compliance, maintaining compliant documentation, mapping payment processes, and collaborating with Product, Compliance, Customer Success, and Tech teams to ensure smooth payment journeys. Candidates should be detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and able to contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment in Singapore; the role offers 2-3 days remote work per week and occasional fully remote work from anywhere in the world (1 month per year).
