Job Summary
Leads solutioning and adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities for Emerging Payment Rails, defining and configuring optimal solutions that address client needs. Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products, collaborates with Sales to deliver tailored solutions, and acts as the voice of the customer to feed feedback into Product. Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline and account planning, and trains the team on product knowledge. Engages with client teams to understand pain points and refines solutions while communicating critical feedback to inform the strategic product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Subject matter expertise within the Emerging Payment Rail (Real Time Payments, Disbursements to Debit Card, Zelle, PayPal & Venmo, Prepaid Card, and Pay by Bank) with the ability to translate scheme rules and client needs into implementable designs
- Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with Payment Sales Managers, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption and decision making
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences with strong presentation and communication skills
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
