Job Summary
Drive end-to-end market expansion product delivery from strategy through roadmap, execution, launch, and stabilization, defining scope, success metrics, and go/no-go recommendations. Lead intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization while defining KPIs and providing executive reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations. Manage a team of Product Delivery Managers, assign and prioritize work, standardize ways of working, and ensure consistent delivery rigor across functional partners. Ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Working knowledge of market-entry regulatory/compliance domains
- Strong senior stakeholder management and executive-level written/verbal communication
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
