Job Summary
VP-level Product Delivery Manager in Regulatory Transformation within Payments Digital & Design. Shape and lead end-to-end product delivery, drive program success across functions, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver timely solutions. Own outcomes end-to-end, simplify complexity, surface issues with options and mitigations, anticipate risks, influence without formal authority, run a high-velocity operating cadence, deliver leadership-ready insights, and oversee change management, timelines, and resource coordination across functional partners to ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
