Job Summary
Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to support strategic planning, performance management, and business initiatives for the Digital & Design organization. Develop executive presentations and materials that communicate business performance, opportunities, and market insights while analyzing data to provide recommendations supporting decision-making. Create reporting and forecasting tools, perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities, and drive process improvements and automation efforts in collaboration with data and technology partners. Coordinate key deliverables across product management, finance, and business teams. This role requires 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance within financial services, with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or a related field within financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges
- Experience working with large and diverse data sets to develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of payments, treasury services, or related banking products
