Job Summary
Payments Product Solutions Director - Executive Director responsible for cross-currency FX solution sales, leading end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with payments sales, corporate banking, and FX partners to originate opportunities, develop client-relevant solution presentations, manage pipeline, and drive growth in North America.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking, foreign exchange (FX) payments, cross-border payments, and digital channels
- Understanding of corporate workflow
- Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes
- Strong product-oriented sales experience and acumen, with excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them
- Ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment
- Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients’ needs
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners across sales, product management, client service, and banking partners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
