Job Summary
Payments- Broker Dealers Sales Associate focused on the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Group and Broker Dealers sales segments. You will support Payments Sales Managers in managing cross-functional/regional deals, engage with clients to understand goals and industry trends, develop account plans, nurture relationships within Treasury organizations, coordinate KYC/onboarding and credit processes, analyze transactional data for pricing and efficiency opportunities, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives as the voice of the client to align with firm-wide objectives. Strong emphasis on client engagement, solution development across cash management, FX, international payments, liquidity, and collaboration with internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in cash management, transaction banking, merchant acquiring or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently with keen attention to follow-up coordination
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- BA/BS
