Job Summary
Executive Director role leading APAC Head of Liquidity & Accounts Product Solution Specialists (PSS); based in Hong Kong or Singapore. Responsible for end-to-end growth and solution strategy for liquidity and account management, defining account architectures, automated funding and multi-currency solutions for corporates and non-bank financial institutions; sets regional blueprints and commercialization plans, partners with Sales, Product and Corporate Bank to scale adoption and revenue; blends traditional and next-generation capabilities (physical and notional pooling, virtual accounts, blockchain) to meet client needs; leads APAC specialist team, shapes client engagements, RFP responses, and global pitches; drives regulatory compliance, risk controls, and market expertise to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance by jurisdiction; delivers thought leadership and accelerates platform transformation through client and industry engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related equivalent
- 10+ years total experience in liquidity management and payment solutions with client-facing product or sales leadership across APAC
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Deep structuring expertise and regulatory literacy, including third party money considerations and intercompany/merchant settlement flows
- Awareness of domestic and international tax and accounting implications from clients’ perspective
- Strong familiarity with market and industry trends and technological advancements (virtual accounts, blockchain, data-driven solutions)
- Ability to leverage these to inform innovation and commercialization impact in Asia
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management within large cross-functional organizations; track record of setting strategy, building teams, and delivering revenue and platform outcomes in complex, regulated environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory and control environments; proactive risk identification, escalation, and remediation to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance by market
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to engage at C-suite level and translate complex structures into clear, outcome-oriented narratives and decisions
