Job Summary
Payments and Fraud Analyst role focused on managing payment flows for the sportsbook platform. Responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring deposit and withdrawal transactions, identifying suspicious activity with fraud monitoring tools, performing initial investigations to mitigate losses, handling chargeback administration, and escalating payment-related incidents to technical teams. The role also involves handling internal escalations from departments such as Customer Support, Player Protection, and AML, and requires high attention to detail, strong decision-making, effective workload management, and excellent communication in English. Suitable for candidates with 1–2 years in Customer Support, Payments, AML, or related iGaming roles, and who are team players with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
