Job Summary
Process payments for BML Group clients and handle transaction-related issues promptly. Detect and mitigate fraudulent activities, including credit card fraud, bank fraud, identity theft, and phishing, to minimize losses. Assess escalated cases and collaborate with Betsson Technologies to improve internal systems. Provide swift and safe withdrawal processing to enhance customer experience. Work independently within a global, 100% digital iGaming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation and familiarity with the iGaming industry
- Analytical mindset and genuine interest in fraud detection
- Self-driven and able to work independently, taking initiative when necessary
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Collaborative and effective team player
