Job Summary
Lead, develop, and oversee the Payments & Account Services function, driving growth in debit and credit card portfolios and delivering strong financial performance. Set and monitor performance against revenue, net income, and expense targets; ensure operational excellence, compliance, and audit readiness with minimal findings. Build and coach a high-performing team, implement efficient processes, and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for service enhancement and growth. Strong focus on governance, risk management, and delivering an excellent member experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required
- Two to Five years of supervisory experience in credit union/banking (e.g., card programs, ACH, EFT)
- Fluent English & Spanish preferred
