Job Summary
Data Associate in JPMorgan Chase SMB Payments Analytics delivering metrics, analyses, and statistical models to inform business strategies. Collaborates with Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Risk to drive product upselling and cross-selling, and to enhance partner and merchant experiences. Requires fluency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools; designs and enhances dashboards and analytics solutions, improves data access and extraction processes, and translates data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis
- B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to tackle ambiguously defined problems and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player across teams
